Dot it Yourself Flowers (DIY)
Deliveries are made by our O Bouquet staff members. Estimated delivery time is between 9am-3pm.We recommend that a person be available to receive the package to avoid harm due to weather, misplacement, or theft. Each order is shipped with no signature required.
Each flower bunch is sealed in protective lining and placed in a flower box to minimize damage due to temperature or negligence. Some flowers also contain hydration packs at the bottom of their stems.
There are times when orders can be delayed due to weather or mechanical issues. If this is ever the case, we will notify you immediately. When a delay occurs, your order will typically be pushed to delivery the following morning. If you have any questions regarding your order and shipment details, feel free to contact us.

Custom Flowers
Deliveries are made by our O Bouquet staff members on the morning or your wedding day to guarantee the freshest flowers. Estimated delivery time is between 9am-12pm. You must ensure that a person is available to receive the flower arrangements to avoid harm due to weather, misplacement, or theft. Custom flower orders require a signature on delivery. If you have any questions regarding your order or require specific accommodations, feel free to contact us.

REFUND POLICY
O Bouquet allows for order cancellations. Full refunds for cancellations are available for 30 days prior to a scheduled delivery date. All cancellations must be emailed to info@obouquet.ca within 30 days of your delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations that are requested less than 30 days out are refunded on a case-by-case basis and, if granted, incur a 15% or 50% processing fee.
