SERVICE TERMS
Online Store - Checkout Terms
Flowers are all DIY ("Do It Yourself") and need to be self-arranged. Care and arranging instructions are provided inside every order’s box.
O Bouquet reserves the right to make changes and substitutions. As we work with fresh and seasonal products, substitutions may be required. All substitutions and changes are put forth as a last resort and only when the reasons for doing so are necessary for customers to receive the highest quality product. If a certain bloom is unavailable or the flowers are not in their best condition, they are swapped. Any substitutes will be matched with a similar price range.
Customers are responsible for accepting their shipment. Our shipping providers do not require a signature for delivery. O Bouquet is not responsible for shipping delays as we cannot control the weather or mechanical delays that impact shipments. If there is a delay, the most likely scenario is that an order will arrive the next morning. Customers are to contact O Bouquet as soon as possible and within 24 hours of delivery if there are any issues with an order. Photos of flowers need to be included.

All cancellations must be emailed to info@obouquet.ca within 30 days of your delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations that are requested less than 30 days out are refunded on a case-by-case basis and, if granted, incur a 15% or 50% processing fee.

Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Order Cancellations
O Bouquet allows for order cancellations. Full refunds for cancellations are available for 30 days prior to a scheduled delivery date. Please contact us if you are within 30 days of your delivery date and still wish to cancel. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@obouquet.ca or call us at (514) 898-2246.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
We will never disclose any information about you to any third party unless we are required to by law. If you opt into our email mailing list, you may receive order updates, business updates, and general marketing information. We will not use or sell “personally identifiable information” about you.

How we use your information
When you make a purchase on our online store, we collect the personal information you provide, such as your name, address, and email address. When you browse our store, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information about our customers.

When you provide us with your personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting of it and our using of it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason( example using your wedding pictures for our website), we will ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

Wix.com (Online Store)
Our store is hosted on Wix.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then wix.com stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After the transaction is complete, your purchase information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
